The lands of the Hatti were systematically conquered by the Hittites
The lands of the Hatti were systematically conquered by the Hittites(Indo-European speakers and descendant from Noah/Manu) and the people merged into the culture of their conquerors. The name `Hittite' comes from the Hebrew scribes who wrote the biblical narratives of the Old Testament.
The early Hittites, borrowed heavily from the pre-existing Hattian(Hatti) and Hurrian cultures, and also from that of the Assyrian colonisers—in particular, the cuneiform writing and the use of cylindrical seals
They eventually absorbed or replaced the Hattic speakers (Hatti); but they retained the name Hatti for the region.
The Hittite military made successful use of chariots(रथ).
