Cyrus The Great(पर्शिया का शहेनशहा), towering(ऊंचा) figure in the history of the mankind.He,Korrosh the king of the king declared the first charter of human rights in the world.In scope and extent his achievements ranked far above that of the Macedonian king, Alexander ("the Great") who was to demolish the empire in the 320 BC but fail to provide any stable alternative.
Despite the vastness of his empire and the strength of his army, Cyrusremained a benevolent and tolerant king. In an age steeped in cruelty, slavery and the law of "might is right", he gave humanity the first bill of "Human Rights", declaring, among others, man's right to freedom of religion, opinion, expression and free movement.

There are total 108 exogamous groups (clans) of Dhangars found all over India.These clans found Three and half main sub divisions due to division of labour among brothers of one family(एक ही परिवार के सदस्यो में काम का विभाजन हो गया).These are Shepherds(Hatti/Hatkar,Pal,Kuru/Kuruba,Gadariya etc..),Cow herders/Ahir (Yadu and Gawali) or Buffalo keepers(Mahaskar/Gurjar/Gujjar) and wool and blanket weavers (Khutekar,Sangar and Shegar).The half division is butchers(Khatik).All sub sects fall in either of these division.The number three and half is not random selection but has a religious and cosmological significance.
